Legal Instruments: Drafts of protective covenants, whereby the developer proposes to regulate land use in the subdivision and otherwise protect the proposed development. |

Level of Service Data and Analysis: An analysis of the parking requirements, including the time of use to support request. Data shall include, but not limited to, preliminary assessment of traffic impact and trip generation study, stormwater drainage, water, sewer and parks; and in a format acceptable to the City. |

Soils Map depicting detailed soils report based on the findings of a professional soil expert supporting proposed construction activity. |

Wildlife Inventory (if the site is previously undeveloped), an inventory of wildlife species on site including species categorized as endangered, threatened or of special concern status as well as a description of the techniques and practices proposed to protect endangered, threatened of special of special concern status. |
