Qualifying for the March 14 municipal elections of City Council Seat #2 and Seat #4 will be from 12 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, to 12 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27. The City Clerk's Office will open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, for only candidate qualifying.
