Here are the unofficial results of Maitland's election for City Council Seat No. 3:
Brad Fess 778 votes, or 45.39 percent of total votes.
Scot A. French 936 votes, or 54.61 percent of total votes.
Candidate Stephen B. Schoene was unopposed for City Council Seat 1. Schoene and French will be sworn in April 28.
