The Maitland City Council recently approved a new project to improve the restrooms and outdoor pavilion at Homer Hough Park at Lake Sybelia Point.
Work will renovate the restrooms with new toilets, partitions, rails, sinks, lighting, hand dryers and baby change stations. The building roof will be replaced, and walls will be repainted.
The outdoor pavilion will be pressure washed, and the sinking ceiling will be repaired. The roof and lights will be replaced.
