The City of Maitland is a residential and business community that enjoys the advantages and intimacies of a small town community conveniently located less than 20 minutes from metropolitan Orlando.  On the horizon is the completion of the City’s innovative Cultural Corridor, a special district within the city designed to emphasize and promote Maitland’s historical and cultural identity and the award winning Downtown Master Plan is well underway.  Maitland planners envision maintaining a healthy, clean environment that’s sustained, progressive and carefully planned.
