The Office of OMB maximizes organizational efficiencies, by enhancing communication and providing a fiscal plan for the City, which evolves into an operating plan that is tracked and monitored to assist other programs in meeting or exceeding their goals.
OMB is responsible for coordinating various fiscal plans to include the City’s Annual Budget and Capital Improvements plan. Additionally, Performance Measurement and Project Tracking are provided on a quarterly basis through the “Quarterly Snapshot Report.”
