CITY OF MAITLAND

POSITION VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

 

 

 

 DEPARTMENT:  COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

 POSITION TITLE:  PERMIT SPECIALIST (NON-EXEMPT)

 PAY GRADE/STARTING SALARY:  Grade 12 - $14.66/hour/$30,502 annually – D.O.Q.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent, supplemented by two (2) years of post-secondary college or technical training in building technology, public administration, or a closely related area; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience in dealing with the public and must be able to operate a personal computer. 

 

Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license.
