POSITION VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

 

DEPARTMENT: PUBLIC WORKS

POSITION TITLE: UTILITIES MANAGER (EXEMPT)

PAY GRADE/STARTING SALARY:GRADE 24 – $27.24/hr./$56,661.00 annually or D.O.Q.

HOURS:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree and seven (7) years of experience relating to the construction, repair and maintenance of sanitary/storm sewers, water production and distribution, wastewater collection involving lift-station operations, stormwater drainage experience or a related field, to include three (3) years of managerial or supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 

Possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License for vehicles driven.

Possess the National Incident Management System (NIMS) IS-700 within 90 days of employment and the ICS-100 and ICS-200 within 90 days of employment.  There may be additional NIMS required, which will be schedule by your Supervisor.
