Passive Community Uses
- Open and private spaces- like Quinn Strong Park

- Mixture of Public and Private Park spaces
- Green space that could be used for special events
- Support commercial facilities around park

- Low maintenance / Low expenses - KISS
- Park should be focal point and define community like Park Ave and Cocoa Beach
- Pedestrian friendly uses and flow of uses
- Must link to other green spaces and park sites
- Water feature, interactive for play, to draw people into the park, fountain at entrance to City Hall
- Relocate existing trees that can be moved
- Evaluate existing trees to see if health is in decline before saving

- See the City Hall- Widen the distance between commercial buildings at intersection of 17-92 and Horatio
