Please note that this month’s meeting will be held at the Maitland Public Library located at 501 South Maitland Avenue.

4.       Recommendation:  Petition 2008-06 (BZA) 250 Orange Place

      Applicant: Nancy Reed, P.O. Box 3272, Winter Park, Florida 32790.

      Location: 250 Orange Place, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests the following variances: 1) Request for living area to remain at 858 square feet in lieu of 950 square feet for a single family residence; 2) a duplex unit constructed with a living area of 512 square feet in lieu of 700 square foot minimum 3) a lot area of 5,000 square feet in lieu of the required 7,500 square feet; 4) a lot width of 50 feet in lieu of the required 75 feet; and 5) an existing structure to remain 4.9 to 5 feet from side property line in lieu of the required 7.5 feet. The address of the property is 250 Orange Place, and is located in the RS-D1, residential single family and duplex district – special preservation.
