      Applicant: Loretta Davolos and Tricia Davolos

      Location: 124 Dommerich Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicants request a variance to permit a wall with columns 7.82 feet in height within the required front yard. The subject property is located in the RS-2, single-family residential district.

6.       Public Hearing:  Petition 2008-01 (ADM) 235 S. Maitland Avenue

      Applicant: Barry Kalmanson, 500 N. Maitland Avenue, Maitland Florida, 32751.

      Location: 235 S. Maitland Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: As submitted the appeal is based upon a determination of the Zoning Administrator in rendering an interpretation of Maitland City Code Section 21-19a.I. Cultural Corridor District (CC).General Purpose and Intent, and Section 21-23 Definitions. Financial Institution is noted as relative to the appeal. As proposed the applicant would like to appeal the determination of the zoning administrator as it pertains to any change of use of the site to include a bank drive through facility, and a net increase of square footage on the subject property. The subject property is located in the CC, Cultural Corridor district.

7.       Approval of Board of Zoning Adjustment Training & Travel Budget for FY 2009
