5. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-03 (BZA) Hildebrand
Location: 255 W. George Avenue
Applicants: Mark Round and Linda Hildebrand, 305 W. George Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicants request a variance to permit an addition (front porch with balcony) to an existing structure that will extend within 21 feet of the front property line in lieu of the required 25 feet in the RS-2 zoning district.

6. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-04 (BZA) Hutchko
Location: 1780 Cheyenne Trail
Applicant: George Hutchko, 1780 Cheyenne Trail, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: The applicant requests a variance to permit an existing fence, posts, and entry gate to be 8 feet in height within the required front yard in lieu of the required 2½ feet. The subject property is located in a RS-2, single-family residential zoning district.
