  4. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2002-01 (BZA) Trapp
    Applicant: Richard Trapp
    Location: 1248 E. Lake Colony Drive
    Request: The applicant requests a variance to the rear yard requirement to permit an addition to the residence to remain 8 feet from the southern property line in lieu of the required 10 feet. The property is located within a PD, planned development zoning district.
  5. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2002-02 (BZA) Mazzotti
    Applicants: John & Irma Mazzotti
    Location: 1721 Shawnee Trail
    Request: The applicants request a variance to the front yard requirement to permit an addition to the residence to be constructed 18.75 feet from the eastern property line in lieu of the required 25 feet. The property is located within a RS-2, residential single family zoning district.
