      Applicant: Christopher P. Chard, P.O. Box 181612, Casselberry, Florida 32718.

      Location: 331 Pawnee Trail, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests variances to permit the following: a lot with an area of 9,336.86 ± square feet in lieu of the required 10,000 square feet; a lot width of 76.50 feet in lieu of the required 85 feet; and an addition to be constructed within 20.6 feet of front property line in lieu of the required 25 feet.  The property is located in a RS-2, single-family residential district.

6.       Public Hearing:  Petition No. 2007-04 (BZA) 1671 Huron Trail

Applicant: Kathleen McKinlay, 1671 Huron Trail, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: 1671 Huron Trail, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant has requested a variance to construct a fence six feet (6’) in height within the required front yard on the easterly and northerly property lines in lieu of the two and one-half foot (2½’) front yard requirement, within the twenty-five foot (25’) front yard requirement. The subject property is located within an RS-2, single-family residential district.
