5.      Public Hearing: Petition No. 2014-03 (BZA) 101 North Thistle Lane

Applicant: Peter Burg and Janet Burg, 101 North Thistle Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: 101 N. Thistle Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Request: The applicants request variances to allow the construction of additions 12 feet from the western required side yard in lieu of the required 15 feet and 25 feet from the southern required front yard in lieu of the required 30 feet. The property is located in the RS-1, single-family residential zoning district.

6.      Public Hearing: Petition No. 2014-04 (BZA) 40 Cypress Lane

Applicant: Christy and Chris Dovre, 40 Cypress Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: 40 Cypress Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Request: The applicants request variances to allow the construction of a home 25 feet from the required front yard in lieu of the required 30 feet and 10 feet from the required side yards in lieu of the required 15 feet. The property is located in the RS-1, single-family residential zoning district.
