5.    Public Hearing: Petition No. 2014-01 (BZA) 331 Minnehaha Road

           Applicant: Joan Matthews, 690 Dommerich Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751

           Location: 331 Minnehaha Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

      Request: The applicant requests a variance from the minimum 85-foot lot width requirement in the RS-2 (single-family residential district) to permit a lot width of 80 feet for 331 Minnehaha Road. The present dimensions of 331 Minnehaha Road lot are 160 feet in width and 195.43 feet in depth, including a total of 31,290 square feet more or less. The applicant proposes to subdivide the subject property to create two lots. The proposed two new lots would be 80 feet in width and 195.43 feet in depth, and include 15,645 square feet more or less in each lot. (The subdivision process is a separate application review process and is not a part of the application for variance.)
