Applicants: Raymund Woo and Kaylene Woo, 604 Minnehaha Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location:  604 Minnehaha Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicants are requesting seven variances to the zoning code. First, there is a request for a variance to allow lot coverage of 34.28 percent in lieu of the required 30%. Second, the applicants request to replace an existing carport 1-foot 3 inches from the southern side yard property line in lieu of the required 10 feet. Third, the applicants request to construct a Pergola/Arbor with columns 5 feet from the southern side yard property line rather than the required 10 feet. Fourth, the applicants propose to replace an existing Cabana 5 feet from the southern side property line in lieu of the required 10 feet. Fifth, the applicants request to install pool equipment18 inches from the southern side property line in lieu of the required 10 feet. Sixth, the applicants propose to install a raised lawn with retaining wall cap with columns from 8 feet 9 inches to 10 inches from the northern side property line, in lieu of the required 10 feet. Seventh, the applicants request that the existing air conditioning unit remain 8 feet 8 inches from northern side property line, in lieu of the required 10 feet. The property is located in the RS-2 zoning district.
