Applicants: Rob Smith and Denise Smith, 66 Eastwind Lane, Maitland, Florida.

Location:  66 Eastwind Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicants request a variance from the 30-foot required front yard, typically measured from the property line, along the public right-of-way. Currently there is an existing 20-foot ingress/egress easement, located on the property which functions as a portion of the right-of-way for Eastwind Lane. As such, the applicants request a variance to allow the front yard to remain 20.7 feet from the southernmost portion of the easement (which traverses the site) in lieu of the required 30 feet from the southernmost portion of the easement. The property is located in the RS-1 zoning district.
