      Applicant: Johnny B. Sandifer, 710 Lake Catherine Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751

      Location: 710 Lake Catherine Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant has requested a variance to construct a block wall eastern side of the property not to exceed 7’ 2” in height. The proposed block wall will encroach into the front yard requirement in lieu of the twenty-five (25) feet yard requirement. The property is located in a RS-2, single-family residential district.

6.       Public Hearing–Petition No. 2006- 11 (BZA) 1101 North Wymore Road

Applicant: Ben Golisch, 1101 North Wymore Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location: 1101 North Wymore Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests a variance to construct a structure fifty-nine foot (59’) in height, in lieu the thirty-five foot (35’) maximum height requirement. The property is located within an R-1AA, single-family dwelling district (a temporary Orange County zoning designation).
