      Applicant: Lakhana Doomkum, 604 Minnehaha Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

      Location: 604 Minnehaha Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

      Request: The applicant has requested a variance to construct an entry gate to connect with existing columns on the western side of the property line in violation of the 25-foot front yard requirement. In addition, the applicant requests the ability to construct a six-foot high vinyl fence to connect to an existing fence on the eastern side of the property line approximately 20 feet in length within the
25-foot required front yard.

6.       Public Hearing–Petition No. 2006-06 (BZA) 288 MacArthur Place

Applicant: Scott Grossman, 3067 Coral Vine Lane, Winter Park, Florida 32792

Location: 288 MacArthur Place, Maitland, Florida 32571

      Request: The applicant has requested a variance to construct a new single family residence which would cause the maximum allowed lot coverage of 30% to be exceeded. As proposed, the lot coverage would be 31.8% with the construction of the residence. The subject property is located within an RS-2, single-family residential district.
