5.      Public Hearing:  Petition No. 2009-06 (BZA) 1621 Indian Dance Court

Applicant:  Adam and Sharon Littman, 1621 Indian Dance Court, Maitland, Florida 32751.

      Location: 1621 Indian Dance Court, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Request: The applicants have requested variances to allow 1) an addition (pool cabana) which would cause the maximum allowed lot coverage of 30% to be exceeded. As proposed, the lot coverage would be 33% with the construction of addition (pool cabana). 2) Additionally, the applicants request a variance to allow the addition (pool cabana) to be located in both side yards at 7 feet 6 inches in lieu of the side yard requirement of 10 feet. The property is located in the RS-2, single-family residential district.
