PUBLIC NOTICE

The City Council will hold an Executive Session under the authority of Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, starting at 5:15 p.m., April 13, 2009.  The Executive Session will be closed to the public to allow the City Council and the Manager to meet with the City Attorney to discuss the strategy related to the litigation expenditures in SK1053, Inc. v. City of Maitland. Those attending will be:  Douglas Kinson, Jeff Flowers, Philip Bonus, Linda Frosch, Bev Reponen, and a court reporter from First Choice Reporting. (Mayor will announce commencement and estimated length of the Executive Session and names of persons attending the Executive Session.)

The meeting will be held in the Maitland City Hall, Council Chambers, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida.  Those attending will go to that room and the door will be locked.  At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the regular meeting of Council will be reconvened in the Council Chambers, and the public is invited to rejoin.
