Welcome: The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

4. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-04 (SUB) Final Subdivision Plat (Stanford Oaks)
Applicant: Charles C. Stanford, Jr., 1429 Ferris Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32803
Location: 255 West Sybelia Avenue (Northeast Corner of Hillcrest Avenue & Sybelia Avenue
Request: The applicant is requesting to replat Lot #13 and #14 (less southerly 185’), Block “B”, of Greenwood Acres into two lots.

5. Public Hearing: Maitland Square (Keller/Fennell) Developers Agreement
Applicant: Bryce Foster Corporation, P.O. Box 547841 Orlando, Florida 32854
Location: Southwest corner of Fennel Street and Keller Road, Maitland, Florida
Request: The applicant is requesting to construct a restaurant/retail building approximately 15,000 square feet, and two or more buildings totaling approximately 50,000 square feet of retail and professional office.

6. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-01 (AZ) Cultural Corridor Zoning Amendment
Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida.
Location: Cultural Corridor District.
Request: The applicant is requesting to amend Section 21-19a. and Section 21-6 Matrix 1 District Requirements for the Cultural Corridor District of the Maitland City Code to establish the Floor Area Ratio at (.66).

7. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-03 (SPR) Bovis Center (Cogan)
Applicant: Cogan Bros-Prevatt, LLC, 541South Orlando Avenue, Maitland
Location: 245 S. Maitland Avenue (Southwest Corner of Maitland Avenue & Packwood Avenue)
Request: The applicant is requesting to construct a two-story office building in the Cultural Corridor district

8. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-03 (AZ)(PD) Maitland Lofts Final Development Plan
Applicant: Klein Company, 1700 Market Street, Suite 2600, Philadelphia, PA 19103
Location: 8701 Maitland Summit Boulevard, Maitland, Florida
Request: The applicant is requesting to develop an apartment and condominium community of three hundred (300) units. Of the total units there will be four (4) story (plus loft area) apartment buildings with two hundred and nineteen (219) apartments and four (4) story condominium buildings to include eighty-one (81) condominium units.

9. Recommendation: Sawmill Development Agreement
Applicant: Sawmill Center, LLP a Limited Liability Partnership, 200 Pasadena Place, Orlando, Florida 32803.
Location: The site lies south of Parker Lumber, east of the CSX railroad tracks, west of US 17-92, and north of Sybelia Avenue.
Request: Construction of up to 40,000 square feet of restaurant/retail/bank/office space, with a maximum height of fifty feet total height, including roof elements and focal points not intended for human occupation

Such a person must provide a method for recording the proceedings.
