Welcome The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

6. Recommendation: Petition No. 2004-06 (AZ) Delroy Park Rezoning
Location: Delroy Park Subdivision
Request: The request for zoning amendment seeks to change the zoning category from RS-1, Single Family Residential District to RS-1A, Single Family Residential District
Applicant: City of Maitland 1776 Independence Lane

7. VII.    Recommendation: Petition No. 2005-01 (ALU) City of Maitland - CDP Amendment Maps 1-12
Location: (General Locations include) Keller Road Annexation Area, Wymore Road Enclave Area, Mechanic Street Enclave Area and properties to be removed from Future Land Use Map Series - Map 2, Unincorporated Planning Area based upon the Seventh Amendment to the Joint Planning Area Agreement between the City of Maitland and Orange County
Request: Amend the Comprehensive Development Plan Maps 1-12 of the City of Maitland, 2001-2020 Comprehensive Development Plan to modify the City’s boundaries to incorporate areas annexed into the City of Maitland, provide Future Land Use designations consistent with Maitland jurisdictional categories, and delete properties from Map 2 Unincorporated Planning Area, as a result of the Seventh Amendment to the Joint Planning Area Agreement between the City of Maitland and Orange County.

8. Recommendation: Petition No. 2005-02 (AZ) Dommerich Hills Rezoning, City of Maitland
Location: Property annexed by the City of Maitland as the Dommerich Hills Annexation Area via Ordinance 1023.
Request: Administratively rezone the referenced area to transfer jurisdictional zoning requirements from Orange County to those of the City of Maitland.
