Welcome The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

5. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005 -01 (PCU) Florida College of Natural Health
Location: 2600 Lake Lucien Drive, Suite 140, Maitland, Florida 32751
Request: Approval of a permitted conditional use application to allow the Florida College of Natural Health to be located on the site. The application is submitted pursuant to Section 21-20. Floating Zone. V. Permitted Conditional Uses. B. Nonresidential Land Use Districts, 10. College/ University of the Maitland City Code.
Applicant: Florida College of Natural Health, 2600 Lake Lucien Drive, Suite 140, Maitland, Florida.

6. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-01 (ALU) City of Maitland - CDP Amendment Maps 1-12
Location: (General Locations include) Keller Road Annexation Area, Wymore Road Enclave Area, Mechanic Street Enclave Area and properties to be removed from Future Land Use Map Series - Map 2, Unincorporated Planning Area based upon the Seventh Amendment to the Joint Planning Area Agreement between the City of Maitland and Orange County
Request: Amend the Comprehensive Development Plan Maps 1-12 of the City of Maitland, 2001-2020 Comprehensive Development Plan to modify the City’s boundaries to incorporate areas annexed into the City of Maitland, provide Future Land Use designations consistent with Maitland jurisdictional categories, and delete properties from Map 2 Unincorporated Planning Area, as a result of the Seventh Amendment to the Joint Planning Area Agreement between the City of Maitland and Orange County.

7. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-02 (AZ) Dommerich Hills Rezoning, City of Maitland
Location: Property annexed by the City of Maitland as the Dommerich Hills Annexation Area via Ordinance 1023.
Request: Administratively rezone the referenced area to transfer jurisdictional zoning requirements from Orange County to those of the City of Maitland.
Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

8. Recommendation: Agreement for Redevelopment and Disposition of Property (Uptown Maitland West Project)
Location: The property is located on the east side of U.S. Highway 17-92 and is situated north of George Avenue, in the City of Maitland.
Request: Consider the Draft Agreement for Redevelopment and Disposition of Property commonly known as Uptown Maitland West.
Applicant: BREF/BSP Partners/Maitland LLLP, Suite 200, 250 Park Avenue South, Winter Park, Florida 32789.
