Welcome The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

Location: Delroy Park Subdivision
Request: The request for zoning amendment seeks to change the zoning category from RS-1, Single Family Residential District to RS-1A, Single Family Residential District
Applicant: City of Maitland 1776 Independence Lane

6. Public Hearing: Agreement for Redevelopment and Disposition of Property (Uptown Maitland West Project)
Location: The property is located on the east side of U.S. Highway 17-92 and is situated north of George Avenue, in the City of Maitland.
Request: Consider the Draft Agreement for Redevelopment and Disposition of Property commonly known as Uptown Maitland West.
Applicant: BREF/BSP Partners/Maitland LLLP, Suite 200, 250 Park Avenue South, Winter Park, Florida 32789.

7. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2005-01 (AZ)(PD) 800 N. Maitland Avenue, Office Building
Location: The properties are located on the southeastern corner of east Marion Way and north Maitland Avenue.
Request: The applicant requests to change the zoning classification of properties from a zoning category of RS-4 Single-Family Residential District to PD, Planned Development District and to obtain approval of a preliminary development plan in conjunction with the planned development zoning district to build a 17,388 square foot office building.
