5. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2004-01 (AZ)(PD) ASP, WT, L.L.C.
Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida.

Location: The property is generally north of Maitland Boulevard and Maitland Summit Boulevard and south of the Seminole County line. The site is the location of the Charles Schwab Buildings at 1950 Summit Park Drive, Orlando, Florida 32810, and a portion of the site is undeveloped.

Request: The application for ZONING AMENDMENT is submitted by the City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751. The City of Maitland, Florida proposes to rezone property annexed into the City of Maitland via Ordinance 1043 on December 9, 2002, to be consistent with Maitland development regulations. Zoning of the subject property is proposed for amendment from Orange County P-D (Planned Development District) to Maitland PD (Planned Development District).

6. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2003-07 (SPR) Kalmanson - 1000 N. Maitland Avenue to include property at 950 N. Maitland Avenue.
Applicant: Barry Kalmanson, 500 North Maitland Avenue, #305, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: The subject site is located in the RS-4, single-family residential district and is bounded on the west by Maitland Avenue; on the north by City of Maitland passive park area; on the south an office building; on the east single-family residences within the Greenwood Gardens Section Two Subdivision.

Request: The SITE PLAN REVIEW process is required for properties with frontage on Maitland Avenue within the RS-4 district, when a nonresidential use (parking expansion for office use) is requested.
7. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2003-06 (SUB) Kalmanson Pointe - Final Subdivision Plat.
Applicant: Barry Kalmanson, 500 North Maitland Avenue, #305, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: 2055 Summerland Avenue and 2080 Summerland Avenue.

Request: Final Subdivision Plat approval to replat a portion of Lot 1 of Green Oaks Second Replat (2055 Summerland Avenue) and Lots 2 and 3 of The Point Subdivision (2080 Summerland Avenue).
8. Recommendation: Petition No. 2003-08 (AZ)(PD) Kalmanson Pointe – Final Development Plan
Applicant: Lester and Barbara Kalmanson, Barry Kalmanson - 500 N. Maitland Avenue, Stuite 305, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: To obtain Final Planned Development approval for the subject properties incorporating components such as construction of the relocated brick cul-de-sac and provision of a stabilized section of driveway; burying power lines along Summerland Avenue including individual hook-ups to residences along Summerland Avenue; provision of decorative street lights along Summerland Avenue; provision of brick pavers at the intersection of Columbia Drive and Summerland Avenue; applicant shall pay the City a sum equal to the cost of constructing a sidewalk for the project in lieu of actual construction; and providing drainage improvements along Summerland Avenue.

Location: A portion of Lot 1 of Green Oaks Second Replat (2055 Summerland Avenue) and Lots 2 and 3 of The Point Subdivision (2080 Summerland Avenue) as well as the northern portion of Summerland Avenue.
9. Worksession
The City of Maitland, Florida proposes to rezone property annexed by the City of Maitland as the Winfield Annexation Area via Ordinance 970). The administrative rezoning is necessary to transfer jurisdictional zoning requirements from Orange County to the City of Maitland.
