Request: The application is submitted pursuant to Section 21-10.RS-4, single-family residential district. V. Permitted Conditional Uses. D. of the Maitland City Code. As proposed, additional parking will be supplied for the existing Endocrine and Diabetes Medical Building through the acquisition of a lot along the eastern portion of the existing site.

Location: The properties proposed for annexation are located within unincorporated Orange County and are situated to the north of the town limits of the Town of Eatonville; situated within and to the east of Lake Shadow, to the south of the Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown and Scott office building, as well as the Alexan Phase I (a multi-family residential development) and to the west of Keller Road. A parcel of land also included in the annexation is located on the east side of Keller Road and is situated between two office developments of Post, Buckley, Schuh, and Jernigan and The Maitland Preserve.

Request: Voluntary Annexation of Properties into the City of Maitland.

Applicant: Kyngs Heath VII Ltd., 284 Park Avenue North, Suite A, Winter Park, Florida 32789.

Location: Location of the property involved in this rezoning is generally described as within and to the east of Lake Shadow, west of Keller Road, and is both north and south of single-family homes on Keller Road, within Orange County, Florida.

Request: Amend zoning of property from Orange County category of R-1, Residential Single Family to a Maitland Classification of OC, office commercial.
9. Recommendation: Annextion and Development Agreement – Kyngs Heath VII. Ltd.
10. Recommendation: Petition No. 2003-07 (AZ)(PD) The Enclave at Maitland
Applicant: Centex Homes of Florida, Inc. 385 Douglas Avenue, Suite 2000, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714.

Location: The property is situated between Lake Love and Lake Charity.

Request: The applicant requests Final Development Plan approval for 136 town home units and 23 single-family residences.
11. Recommendation: Petition No. 2003-05 (SUB) The Enclave at Maitland
Applicant: Centex Homes of Florida, Inc. 385 Douglas Avenue, Suite 2000, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714.

Request: The applicant requests approval of a final subdivision plat to subdivide the 35.53 acre site, for development of 136 town home units and 23 single-family residences.

Location: The property is situated between Lake Love and Lake Charity.
