    Applicant: Charles A. McNulty, P.O. Box 941719, Maitland, Florida 32794-1719

    Request:The applicant requests Final Development Plan approval for two single-family residential lots.

    Location:The subject property contains .66 acres abutting Horatio Avenue on the south and James Place along its eastern boundary. To the north of the site is a single-family residence (within Packwood Subdivision) and the Maddon Cove Subdivision.

  6. Recommendation: Petition No. 2003-04 (SUB) Maddon Cove Unit II

    Applicant:Charles A. McNulty, P.O. Box 941719, Maitland, Florida 32794-1719

    Request:The applicant requests Final Subdivision Plat approval for the two lot single-family residential subdivision.

    Location:The subject property contains .66 acres abutting Horatio Avenue on the south and James Place along its eastern boundary. To the north of the site is a single family residence (within Packwood Subdivision) and the Maddon Cove Subdivision.
