  5. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2003-01 (AZ) Orange Place

    • Applicant: David Groth and Crystal Eavey, 170 Orange Place, Maitland, Florida 32751
    • Request: Section 21-6. Matrix 1- District Requirements, RS-D zoning district of the Maitland City Code to reduce the side yard requirement from 7.5 feet to 5 feet for single-family residences on Orange Place.
    • Location: Single Family Residential Properties on Orange Place.

  6. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2003-01 (SPR) Quinn Strong Park

    • Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida
    • Request: To construct landscape and hardscape improvements to Quinn Strong Park. The application is submitted pursuant to Section 21-19a. Cultural Corridor District of the Maitland City Code. The proposed upgrades to the park include additional sidewalks, enhanced landscaping, trellis systems at the entrances to the park, upgrades to the irrigation system, installation of a pavilion, fountain, landscape lighting, and site amenities such as picnic tables and benches.
    • Location: Quinn Strong Park is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Maitland Avenue and Ventris Avenue in Maitland Florida.
