    • Applicant: Park Maitland School, 1450 South Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751

    • Location:Park Maitland School is located at 1450 South Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida, 32751. The property is located on the east side of U.S. Highway 17-92 and is situated between Magnolia Road and Orange Place.

    • Request: Approval of a development agreement to allow Park Maitland School to construct up to 30,000 square feet of school facilities consisting of office space, classroom, and gymnasium/multipurpose space, with a maximum height of thirty-five feet (excluding roof elements and focal points not intended for human occupancy. The proposed Development Agreement also provides for the abandonment of a portion of the right-of-way for Tangerine Place.
