  5. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2002-09 (AZ)(PD) City of Maitland
    • Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

    • Location:1151 and 1101 N. Keller Road, Orlando, Florida. Properties involved in this rezoning are situated to the west of Keller Road, to the south of the Seminole County line and to the east of Summit Park Drive.

    • Request: Zoning amendment to rezone property from an Orange County classification of I-3, Industrial District to a City of Maitland classification of PD, Planned Development District. Rezoning of these properties will follow the annexation of the properties into the City of Maitland.

  6. Recommendation: - Petition No. 2002-01 (AZ) (PD) Lake Faith Medical Center
    • Applicant: MNH Enterprises, Inc., 1101 N. Maitland Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751

    • Location: The site is situated in the northeast quadrant of the Maitland Avenue and Maitland Boulevard intersection.

    • Request:The applicant requests to amend the subject property┬╣s current zoning classification of (PD) Planned Development District and to obtain approval of a preliminary development plan in conjunction with the planned development zoning district. The preliminary development plan proposes the construction of a 32,343 square foot medical office building.
