  5. Public Hearing: Petition 2002-03 (ANX) Voluntary Annexation - Summit Annexation Area "B"
    • Applicant: Maitland Summit, Ltd., 300 North Lake Avenue, Pasadena, California 91101; AEW No. 66 Corp., c/o Trammell Crow Company, 1900 Summit Tower Blvd., Suite 490, Orlando, Florida 32810; and Maitland Summit Property Owners Association, Inc., c/o Trammel Crow Co., 315 E. Robinson St., Suite 400, Orlando, Florida 32801.

    • Location: The properties proposed for annexation are located within unincorporated Orange County and are situated to the north of Pembrook Drive, to the south of Maitland Boulevard, to the east of Monahan Road and to the west of Maitland Summit Boulevard and Summit Centre Way.

    • Request: Voluntary Annexation of properties into the City of Maitland, Florida. Current zoning of properties are listed as P-D, (Planned Development district) within unincorporated Orange County. The properties are proposed to remain with the same zoning classification at the time of annexation into City of Maitland. The area encompasses approximately 60.23 acres and includes rights-of-way for Pembrook Drive and Summit Centre Way.

  6. Public Hearing - Petition No. 2002-09 (AZ)(PD) City of Maitland
    • Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

    • Location: 1151 and 1101 N. Keller Road, Orlando, Florida. Properties involved in this rezoning are situated to the west of Keller Road, to the south of the Seminole County line and to the east of Summit Park Drive.

    • Request: Zoning amendment to rezone property from an Orange County classification of I-3, Industrial District to a City of Maitland classification of PD, Planned Development District. Rezoning of these properties will follow the annexation of the properties into the City of Maitland

  7. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2002-04 (SUB) Final Subdivision Plat ­ Maitland Place
    • Applicant: Steve Brandon, 200 Pasadena Place, Orlando, Florida 32803. The current property owners are Baksh Rahaman & Sanpaul Bhagowtie, 1190 S. U.S. Highway 17/92, Longwood, Florida 32750; China Jade Buffet Inc., 76308 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819; City of Maitland-Vehicle Maintenance, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida; Altizer-Bywater Partnership, c/o Bywater Co., 105 E. Robinson Street, Suite 540, Orlando, Florida 32801.

    • Location: The property is located to the north of Horatio Avenue and to the west of Swoope Avenue within the City of Maitland.

    • Request: The applicant requests approval of a Final Subdivision Plat to replat the subject properties into three commercial lots.
