  5. Decision: Petition 2002-02 (SUB) Maddon Cove Unit II - Preliminary Subdivision Plat
    Applicant: Charles A. McNulty, P.O. Box 941719, Maitland, Florida 32794-1719
    Location: The subject property contains .66 acres abutting Horatio Avenue on the south and James Place along its eastern boundary. To the north of the site is a single family residence (within Packwood Subdivision) and the Maddon Cove Subdivision.
    Request: The applicant requests approval of a preliminary subdivision plat for two single family residential lots.

  6. Recommendation: Petition 2002-03 (AZ)(PD) Maddon Cove Unit II - Preliminary Planned Development
    Applicant: Charles A. McNulty, P.O. Box 941719, Maitland, Florida 32794-1719
    Location: The subject property contains .66 acres abutting Horatio Avenue on the south and James Place along its eastern boundary. To the north of the site is a single family residence (within Packwood Subdivision) and the Maddon Cove Subdivision.
    Request: The applicant requests to change the zoning classification from RS-2, single family residential, to (PD) Planned Development district and to obtain approval of a preliminary development plan.

  7. Recommendation: Petition No. 2002-05 (AZ)(PD) Mansions at Maitland - Preliminary Planned Development
    Applicant: Active American Communities, 615 Crescent Executive Ct., Ste. 120, Lake Mary, Florida. The subject property is currently owned by Carelink Partners Inc., 1414 Kuhl Avenue, Orlando, Florida.
    Location: The property is situated between Lake Charity and Lake Love and can be accessed from Hope Road. The property contains 32.835 acres more or less.
    Request: Request to change the zoning classification from PD (Planned Development district) to PD (Planned Development district) and to obtain approval of a preliminary development plan for the subject site to permit construction of 243 units of multi-family senior independent living with related amenities.

  8. Recommendation: City of Maitland Facilities and Equipment Space Needs Master Plan
    Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida.
    Location: The property is situated between US 17-92 and Maitland Avenue, south of George Avenue and north of Packwood Avenue. The property contains 10 acres more or less.
    Request: Request to approve Master Plan for constructing a new Public Safety (Police/Fire) and City Hall building to consolidate and upgrade services in the City for the next thirty years.
