  4. Approval of Minutes from the April 18, 2002 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
  5. Recommendation: Petition No. 2002-01 (ALU) Stonegate CDP Amendment
    • Applicant: Active American Communities, 615 Crescent Executive Ct., Ste. 120, Lake Mary, Florida. The subject property is currently owned by Carelink Partners Inc., 1414 Kuhl Avenue, Orlando, Florida
    • Location: The property is contiguous along a portion of the northern boundary to Maitland Club Replat and Lake Love. To the south are Hope Road, Maitland Boulevard , a 2.69 acre vacant tract of land which is an out-parcel of the subject site and the office developments of Maitland Professional Village Phase I and Hope Road Commercial Plat. To the west is ³The Place at Maitland² an assisted living facility. Lake Charity and Marriott¹s Brighton Gardens (also an assisted living facility) are situated to the east.
    • Request: To amend the City¹s Future Land Use Map to change the Land Use category of a specific site from professional office to low-medium density residential.
  6. Recommendation: Petition No. 2001-2 (AZ) (PD) CED Office Park, Preliminary Planned Development
    • Applicant: Concord Management, Ltd., 1551 Sandspur Road, Maitland, Florida 32751.
    • Request: The applicant requests approval of a FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT application submitted pursuant to the preliminary planned development approved for the site. As proposed the applicant intends to divide the property into 2 lots for fee simple sale and provide landscape on Wymore Road.
    • Location: The property is bounded on the north by Maitland Boulevard; on the east by Ramp ³D²; on the south by Sandspur Road; and to the west by Wymore Road.
  7. Recommendation: Petition 2002-02 (SUB) Final Subdivision Plat CED
    • Applicant: Concord Management, LTD., 1551 Sandspur Rd. Maitland FL
    • Location: The property is bounded on the north by Maitland Boulevard; on the east by Ramp ³D²; on the south by Sandspur Road; and to the west by Wymore Road.
    • Request: The applicant requests approval of a Final Subdivision Plat to divide the property into 2 lots for fee simple sale. The plat would create separate property boundaries for the existing buildings on the site.
  8. Discussion: Draft 2003 - 2007 City of Maitland Capital Improvements Program
  9. Review of Council Action on Prior Items
  10. Any Other Business the Commission Deems Advisable
