Welcome: The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

IV.              Public Hearing: Notice of Proposed Change (NOPC) to a Previously Approved DRI for Maitland Concourse

            Applicant: Battaglia Properties, LLLP, P.O, Box 3010, Winter Park, Florida 32791-3010.

            Location: Maitland Concourse DRI consists of 120.6 acres with the total acreage inclusive of property located to the north and south of Maitland Boulevard

            Request: The application requests approval of the Second Amended and Restated Development Order for Maitland Concourse

V.                 Public Hearing: Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (Draft Ordinance)

VI.              Public Hearing: Part II, Chapter 7.5 Article XVI, Section 7-5.2, Pass-Through Fees (Draft Ordinance) 

VII.           Recommendation: Petition No. 2007-02 (SUB) Final Subdivision Plat (O Concourse Parkway South)

Applicant: Alan Ginsburg, 875 Commerce Parkway South, Suite150, Maitland, Florida.

Request: The applicant requests to subdivide property into 9 lots including Tracts A, C, G, & Tract L.

Location: The site is located to the north of Sandspur Road, to the south of Maitland Boulevard, to the west of Bucher Heights Subdivision and is a portion of Maitland Concourse South Subdivision.

VIII.        Recommendation: Petition No. 2007-05 (AZ)(PD) O Concourse Parkway–Final Development Plan

Applicant: Alan Ginsburg, 875 Commerce Parkway South, Suite 150, Maitland, Florida.

Request: The applicant requests approval of a final development plan to permit construction of a House of Worship, consisting of approximately 450 seats, as well a construction of office buildings on 8 of the 9  lots proposed, totaling approximately 87,256 square feet.

Location: The site is located to the north of Sandspur Road, to the south of Maitland Boulevard, to the west of Bucher Heights Subdivision and is a portion of Maitland Concourse South Subdivision
