Welcome: The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

IV. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2007-01 (PCU) 1300 Maitland Blvd. West
Applicant: Orangewood Christian School, 1300 W. Maitland Boulevard, Maitland, Florida.
Request: Permitted Conditional Use request to permit the addition of a 46,676 square foot education building, 9,585 square foot youth building, and dugouts to the existing church school facilities for Orangewood Presbyterian Church and School, located at 1300 W. Maitland Boulevard, Maitland, Florida.
Location: The property is situated between Maitland Boulevard on the north and Sandspur Road on the south and is east of Interstate-4.
V. Public Hearing: Petition No. 2007-01 (AZ) Zoning Amendment - Grove Street from PD to RG-2.
Applicant: The application has been filed by the current property owner, Ramesh N. Mathur M.D., 6250 North U.S. Highway # 1, Port St. John, Florida 32927.
Request: The applicant proposes to change the zoning classification of the subject property from PD, Planned Development District to RG-2, Multiple Family Residential District.
Location: The property is located east of Grove Street, along the southwestern portion of Park Lake and contains 3.67 acres more or less.
VI. Public Hearing: Amendment to Chapter 11, Article II, Division 4. Construction of Boat Docks, Boathouses, Boat Ramps, Boardwalks and Seawalls of the Maitland City Code.
