Welcome: The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

III.         Approval of Minutes from April 19, 2007

IV.          Public Hearing: Northbridge (Amendment to Development Agreement)

Applicant: Vincent Pellicane Jr., VJR Properties, LLC, 922 Lake Baldwin Lane, Suite B, Orlando, Florida 32814.

Request: Amendments such as a) Dedication of an access easement on the northern property line; b) Underground all overhead utilities; c) Remove temporary banking facility; d) Modification of architectural building elevations; e) Provision of 143 parking spaces in lieu of 141 parking spaces; f) Compensation by the developer for Lift Station and Off-Site Sewer Improvement fees associated with easement acquisition, surveying, design, and construction of the sanitary sewer pipeline construction along Orlando Avenue (17-92); g) Address commuter rail.

Location: The property is located on the west side of US 17-92, north of Sybelia Avenue, Maitland.

V.             Public Hearing: Petition No. 2007-02 (ALU) FY 2008-2012 Capital Improvements Program

VI.          Decision: Petition No. 2007-01 Preliminary Subdivision (O Concourse Parkway South)

Applicant: Alan Ginsburg, 875 Commerce Parkway South, Suite150, Maitland, Florida.

Request: The applicant requests to subdivide property into 9 lots including Tracts A, C, G, & Tract L.

Location: The site is located to the north of Sandspur Road, to the south of Maitland Boulevard, to the west of Bucher Heights Subdivision and is a portion of Maitland Concourse South Subdivision.

VII.       Recommendation - Petition No. 2007-01 (ALU) City of Maitland Wekiva Amendments

Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida

 Request: Amend the 2001-2020 City of Maitland Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) relating to the Wekiva Study Area (WSA)

          Location: Within the City of Maitland, the Wekiva Study Area is located to the west of Interstate-4.
