Welcome: The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

IV.         Public Hearing: Petition No. 2007-01 (AZ)(PD) O Concourse Parkway - Preliminary Development Plan

Applicant: Alan Ginsburg, 875 Commerce Parkway South, Ste.150, Maitland, Florida

Request: The applicant requests to amend the current Planned Development (PD) zoning district to permit a house of worship on the site consisting of approximately 750 seats. Also proposed are up to (8) eight office buildings of approximately 11,157 square feet, to as few as (2) two office buildings of an approximately 44,628 square feet each, for a total of 89,256 square feet of office space.

Location: The site is located to the north of Sandspur Road, to the south of Maitland Boulevard, to the west of Bucher Heights Subdivision and is a portion of Maitland Concourse South Subdivision.

V.             Recommendation: Transportation Proportionate Share Ordinance

Applicant:  City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: Review Draft Transportation Proportionate Share Ordinance as required by Florida Statute 163.3180(16)

Such a person must provide a method for recording the proceedings.
