Welcome: The Commission welcomes public comment. To ensure that the concerns of all parties are given fair consideration at the appropriate stages of the process, it is important that decorum is maintained. When addressing the Commission, please address all statements to the Chair. Since an audio record is being made of the meeting, individuals addressing the Commission are asked to use the lectern so that the comments may be recorded. In addition, individuals addressing the Commission must provide their name and address for the record. During public hearings, an announcement will be made to open and close the public comment stages of the hearing. Any written statements or other exhibits shall be provided to the staff representative, if desired to be made a part of the meeting record. Your involvement is essential to the process and is appreciated.

IV.          Recommendation:  Petition 2006-04 (SUB) Final Subdivision Plat 700 Bucher Road & 411 Sandspur Road

Applicant: Deborah V. Winters, 700 Bucher Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests Final Subdivision Plat Approval to replat the property into two lots. (This would create one additional lot.)

Location: The subject properties are located north of Sandspur Road.

V.            Recommendation: Petition No. 2006-07 (AZ) Section 21-5 Supplemental District Regulations I. (B) Nonconforming Lots of Record

Applicant: Barry Kalmanson, 500 N. Maitland Avenue, #305, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: As proposed, the amendment would allow platted lots in the RS-D, residential single-family and duplex district to be built upon if altered after the date of recording of the plat, subject to such alteration occurring prior to a specific date, even though such lot fails to meet the width or area as originally platted. However, such lot must not be less than 48 feet in width.

Location: RS-D Zoning District within the City of Maitland.

VI.          Recommendation:  Petition No. 2006-04 (AZ)(PD) Final Development Plan 775 South Keller Road

Applicant: Wesley Geys, The Wescar Companies, 195 International Drive, Heathrow, Florida 32746.

Request: The applicant requests final development plan approval to construct a (47 unit residential multi-family condominium dwelling) of seven stories and a separate 2 level parking garage.

Location: The property is located west of Keller Road and south of Fennell Street at 775 South Keller Road. The property contains 2.51 acres more or less.

Such a person must provide a method for recording the proceedings.
