3.      Recommendation: Petition 2009-02 (SPR) 1776 Independence Lane

      Applicant: Brossier Company, 222 W. Comstock Avenue, Suite 115, Winter Park, Florida 32789

      Location:  1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The Brossier Company requests approval of a site plan, Plan A and Plan B, in order to construct a new Maitland Fire Station #45 (Fire Station). The Fire Station is proposed to be three stories in height, with approximately 13,814 square feet and associated parking. The existing Fire Station is planned for demolition, with temporary relocation of the Maitland Fire Department #45 to the Winn Dixie site during construction of the new Fire Station.

4.      Recommendation: The Brossier Company, First Amendment to Agreement for Redevelopment and Disposition of Property and Access to City Incentives (Maitland Town Center)

Applicant: The Brossier Company, 222 W. Comstock Ave, suite 115, Winter Park, Florida 32789

Location:   City of Maitland (Maitland Town Center)

Request: The Brossier Company is requesting consideration of a First Amendment to the Agreement for Redevelopment and Disposition of Property and Access to City Incentives to allow for the construction of the new Maitland Fire Station with associated parking and to allow for the temporary relocation of the MFD during the construction activities on site.
