AGENDA

1.      Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Introductions

2.      Approval of Meeting Summary from February 19, 2009

3.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2009-01 (BZA) 750 Lake Catherine Drive

      Applicant:  David Runnels, Architect, 233 West Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789

      Location:  750 Lake Catherine Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request:  The applicant requests variances to allow an existing single family dwelling to remain 15.5 feet from the front southern property line in the required 25-foot front yard and 9.7 feet from the northern side yard property line in lieu of the 10-foot side yard requirement. The applicant proposes to renovate the existing structure to accommodate the addition of approximately 200 square feet, add a newer high pitched roof over the principal residence, and a front porch addition.

Applicant: Gordon Anthony, 915 Bonita Drive, Winter Park, Florida 32789

Request: The applicant requests to receive comment on the creation of three lots from two properties with access via a paved driveway.
