1.      Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Introductions

2.      Approval of Meeting Summary from December 11, 2008

3.      Recommendation: Right-of-Way Abandonment - Penney

      Applicant:  Tecumseh S. and Frances H. Penney, 955 Gamewell Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751

      Location:  Greenwood Road

Request:  The applicants request the abandonment of a 9.51-foot portion of right-of-way on Greenwood Road in order to meet the 20-foot yard requirement in the RS-3 zoning district.

4.      Recommendation: Utility Easement Abandonment

      Applicant: Ron White, Common Sense Solutions, 500 N. Maitland Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request:  The applicant requests the abandonment of the east 5 feet of Lot 14, Block 2, and Greenwood Gardens Section One.

Request: The applicant requests to receive comment on the creation of four lots from two properties with access via a paved driveway.

Applicant: Anthony L. Lepore, Architect, 1401 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804.

Request: The applicant requests to receive comment on the addition of 800 square feet to the existing office building, an additional 16 paved parking spaces, and the interior renovation of the site to accommodate a dental office.
