3.       Recommendation–Petition No. 2006-04 (BZA) 1715 Lyndale Boulevard

Applicant: Janice Karla Stange

      Request: The applicant is requesting a variance to add onto or rebuild on a substandard lot within a single family residential zoning district.


4.       Recommendation Development Agreement - 1191 Mechanic Street

      Applicant: Cecil Allen, Cecil Allen Construction 18 North College Street, Eatonville, Florida 32751

Location: 1191 Mechanic Street, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant has requested to enter into a development agreement with the City of Maitland to provide for, implement and guarantee a quality development to upgrade the infrastructure to City standards and add single-family homes to this area, consistent with the Maitland Comprehensive Development Plan, 2001-2020.

5.       Pre-Application Meeting Subdivide Lot

Request: The applicant requests to subdivide the current two (2) lots into three (3) lots.

6.       Pre-Application Meeting Replat

Location: 411 Sandspur Road, Maitland, Florida 32751 & 700 Bucher Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant requests to replat of land situated between 411 Sandspur Road, & 700 Bucher Road being a portion two (2) adjoining platted subdivisions, by taking a portion of land from each of the referenced properties.
