2.       Approval of Meeting Summary from April 20, 2006

3.       Recommendation–Petition No. 2006-02 (AZ) (PD) 775 South Keller Road

Applicant: Wesley Geys, The Wescar Companies, 195 International Drive, Heathrow, Florida 32746 The current property owner is Edward W. Johnson, Jr., 1505 Lakeside Drive, Deland, Florida 32720.

Location: 775 South Keller Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

        Request: The applicant requests to change the zoning classification from (R-1) Single-Family Dwelling Residential, to (PD) Planned Development District and to obtain approval of a preliminary development plan in order to construct 49 (forty-nine) multi-family condominium dwelling units, which includes 
5 (five) stories, and 2 (two) stories for parking, for a total of 7 (seven) stories in height.  In addition t
he applicant requests to discuss the road right-of-way and the extension of the sanitary sewer line and water line.

 

4.       RecommendationPetition No. 2006-03 (BZA) 604 Minnehaha Lane

        Applicant: Lakhana Doomkum, 604 Minnehaha Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location: 604 Minnehaha Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant has requested a variance to construct an entry gate, posts, and a vinyl fence not to exceed 6 (six) feet tall. The proposed entry gate, posts, and vinyl fence will encroach into the (25) twenty-five foot required yard.

5.       RecommendationPetition No. 2005-05 (ALU) City of Maitland

Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751

Location: City of Maitland, Comprehensive Development Plan Text Amendment

Request: The applicant requests to revise the Capital Improvements Element, Standard 2.1.3, and Potable Water Sub-Element in the 2001-2020 City of Maitland Comprehensive Development Plan for required fire flow.

6.       Pre-Application MeetingManor Road Subdivision

Applicant: Kelly, Collins & Gentry, Inc., 1700 North Orange Ave, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida 32804

Location: 700 Manor Road, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant is proposing an extension of Manor Road to allow for the development of a three (3) lot subdivision and a cul-de-sac. In addition the applicant is requesting a zoning change from RS-1 to PD.
