2.       Recommendation:  Petition No. 2007-03 (ALU) Future Land Use Map and Text Amendments/ Identify boundary of the proposed Maitland Town Center and provide language addressing residential density and non-residential intensity within those boundaries.

      Request: Designate Urban Infill within CRA.

4.       Recommendation:  Petition No. 2007-05 (ALU) Future Land Use Map and Text Amendments/ Establish Transit Oriented Development (TOD)

Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: City of Maitland

Request: FLUM and Text Amendments/ Establish Transit Oriented Development.
