3.       Recommendation: Petition No. 2007-07 (AZ)(PD) 0 Shadow Lake Drive

Applicant: Shadow Lake Development, LLC

Request: The applicant requests approval of a Final Planned Development to allow the construction of 243 multi-family residential units not to exceed 45 feet in height.

4.       Recommendation: Petition No. 2007-05 (SPR) 0 Fennell Street

Applicant: Shadow Lake Development, LLC

Location: 0 Fennell Street, Maitland, Florida 32751

Request: The applicant proposes to construct Fennell Street Neighborhood Park on 5.583 ± acres. As proposed the park will include a trail, playground, pavilion, and retention pond.

5.       Recommendation: Petition No. 2007-04 (AZ)(PD) 1950 Summit Park Drive

Request: The applicant proposes to obtain approval of a final development plan to permit the construction of a seven story 231,625 square foot office building with surface parking in the PD (Planned Development) zoning district. The property is situated east of Maitland Boulevard and west of Summit Park Drive.

Request: The applicant requests to obtain approval of a final development plan in conjunction with the planned development zoning district. As proposed the applicant would like to construct a 6,455 square foot Bank/Retail/Restaurant Building at 2450 Maitland Center Parkway.

8.       Recommendation:  Petition No. 2007-03(ALU) CDP Amendment to Future Land Use Element Policy 1.3 & Standard 1.3.4, Objective 3

10.   Recommendation: Petition No. 2007-05(ALU) Future Land Use Map/Text Amendment: Establish Transit Oriented Development (TOD)

Request: FLUM/Text Amendment: Establish Transit Oriented Development.

Request: The applicant proposed to construct a 7,194.50 square foot building.
