2.      Approval of Meeting Summary from February 16, 2006

3.      Recommendation Petition No. 2005-05 (AZ)(PD) 1404 Caring Court

Applicant: Centex Homes, 385 Douglas Avenue, Suite 2000, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714

Location: The property is located on Caring Court within the development commonly known as the Enclave at Maitland and specifically includes Lots 13-23. The property is located to the north of Hope Road and is situated between Lake Love and Lake Charity within Maitland, Florida.

Request: The applicant is requesting to amend auxiliary structure setbacks for Lots 13 through 23(single-family homes). The setback request is to have the approved 20’ rear setback apply to the principal structure and allow pool enclosures to have a 5’ rear setback.

4.      Recommendation Petition No. 2005-02(AZ)(PD) The Woods at Park Lake Preliminary Development Plan

Applicant: KB Home Orlando, LLC, 8403 South Park Lake Circle; Suite 670; Orlando, Fl 32789

Location: The site is located toward the southern side of Grove Street, with approximately 8.87 acres located on the west side of Grove Street and  approximately 4.83 acres situated on the east side of Grove Street.

Request: To change the subject properties’ current zoning classifications of (RG-2) Multiple Family Residential District and (PD) Planned Development to (PD) Planned Development District and to obtain approval of a preliminary development plan for construction from 144 (one hundred forty-four) multiple family residential units (townhomes) to 92 ninety-two multiple family residential units (townhomes).

5.      Recommendation –The Village at Lake Lily - Development Agreement

Applicant: City of Maitland

Location: 911 S. Orlando Ave., Maitland, Florida 32751(Tentative Address) - The property is located within both the Packwood and Waterhouse Districts of the CRA Development District.

Request: Review the agreement for redevelopment of property and transfer of density from City property.

6.      Recommendation Petition No. 2006-01 Administrative Rezoning Summit Area “B” (PD)

Applicant: City of Maitland

Location: The properties proposed included within this zoning amendment are generally situated to the north of Pembrook Drive, to the south of Maitland Boulevard, to the east of Monahan Road and to the west of Maitland Summit Boulevard and Summit Centre Way.

Request: The City of Maitland proposed to rezone properties annexed into the City of Maitland on December 9, 2002 via Ordinance No. 1044. Currently properties have an Orange County Zoning Classification of P-D, Planned Development District. The City of Maitland proposes to amend the zoning category from an Orange County P-D (Planned Development District) to a City of Maitland PD, Planned Development District.  The Planned Development District would permit the existing multi-family development and supporting drainage and conservation uses to remain.

7.      Recommendation ROW Abandonment

Applicant: Bob Isola of Maitland OB, LLC, P.O. Box 941483, Maitland, Fl 32794-1483

Location: Sandspur Road and Wymore Road

Request: The applicant requests to abandon the right-of-way (Sandspur Road and
Wymore Road).This area will be kept by the City as an easement for utilities and drainage.
