3.      Discussion: Petition No. 2016-02 (ALU) 1250 N. Maitland Avenue, 480 & 484 Oak Avenue

Applicant: Baker & Hostetler, LLP (Gregory Lee Baker)

Location: 1250 N. Maitland Avenue, 480 Oak Avenue, and 484 Oak Avenue.

Request: The applicant requests to modify the City of Maitland Future Land Use Map Series Map 1 - Year 2030 to change the Future Land Use Category of property located to at 1230 N. Maitland Avenue, 480 Oak Avenue, and 484 Oak Avenue from Professional Office and Single-Family Detached Residential to Low-Medium Density Residential Land Use designation. (All Future Land Use Map Series 2030 Maps which include these noted changes will be updated accordingly).

4.      Decision: Petition No. 2016-01 (PCU), 240 Circle Drive

Applicant: D Dog’s Lodge, 240 Circle LLC, 221 Circle Drive, Maitland, FL, 32751

Location: 240 Circle Drive, Maitland, FL, 32751

Request: To seek a permitted conditional use within the Downtown Maitland Zoning District (DMZD) for a dog grooming, boarding and day care facility.
