2.      Approval of Meeting Summary – January 16, 2014

3.       Recommendation: 2014-02 (BZA) 1711 Sunnyside Drive (This shall include a Public Period.)

Applicant: Matthew Ferry, 1711 Sunnyside Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: 1711 Sunnyside Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Request: The applicant requests a variance to permit the construction of a fence six feet (6’) in height, in lieu of the maximum permitted fence height of two and one-half feet (2½’), within the required front yard on the northwest of Lot 24 (along Alpine Drive).

4.     Recommendation: Petition No. 2014-02 (SPR) 222 West Maitland Boulevard (This shall include a Public Period.)

Applicant: Fragomeni Engineering, Inc., 4985 Hoffner Avenue, Suite 1 Orlando, Florida 32812 on behalf of Bridges Academy. The property owner is Penta Partners LLC, 816 Brightwater Circle, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Location: 222 West Maitland Boulevard, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Request: Applicant requests site plan review to allow an educational institution at 222 W. Maitland Boulevard, Maitland, Florida 32751. The application is submitted pursuant to Section 21-20. Floating Zone. II. Permitted principal uses and structures. A. Residential Land Use Districts. 3. As proposed, the age group for the facility will include ages 6 through 14. Roughly half of the classroom will be used for elementary school age children and the other half of classrooms will be used for middle school age children. There will be no after school programs at the school.

5.      Recommendation: Petition No. 2014-01 (AZ)(PD) Maitland Concourse South 1st Revision (Bank) (This shall include a Public Period.)

Applicant: David Lamm/Office Brownstones at Maitland Concourse South, LLC, 964 Lake Baldwin Lane, Orlando, Florida 32814.

Location: Concourse Parkway South - Lot 11 A and Tract L.

Request: Amend the existing PD, planned development zoning district to obtain approval for a bank on Lot 11A (Maitland Concourse South-Phase 2 - First Revision) along with the installation of a two lane remote drive through, which will require the removal of four parking spaces in Tract L (Maitland Concourse South – Phase 2).

6.  Recommendation: Petition No. 2014-01 (ALU) CDP Amendment (Text Amendment) City of Maitland Mobility Plan/Mobility Fee

      Applicant: City of Maitland, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

Request: The City proposes to adopt a mobility plan to include mobility district(s) and a fee schedule. This will include the provision that the City may elect to replace existing transportation/road impact fees, proportionate share, proportionate fair-share and fair-share programs, the citywide TCEA and transportation concurrency with the Mobility Plan and Mobility Fees.

7.      Any Other Business the Committee Deems Advisable.
